She’d been begging her parents to swap out the gravel for a real lawn, with chairs and everything. She hadn’t counted on their literalism.

Do you want to go to the hookah bar or no lol?
Lol sure
I would just like to point out that the hookah bar is 4 blocks from my house yet you guys won’t come visit Erick and I because it’s too far. If I tasted like fruit and went inside your lungs to give you cancer AND charged you for it would you and Dylan come down to Avon? Psht. Yeah.

Apparently they’re making a “Stretch Armstrong” movie.
Starring the weird looking dude from twilight. This business is fucking ridiculous.
On the upside, they’re going to start producing stretch armstrongs again. Wicked.

pretty impressed with moving mountains ep ‘foreword’. also webcamming with cian and showing her where the gunshow be at.
ARMSLENGTH! Hell yes. I saw them open for Fall of Troy. They put on an amazing show and I talked to 2 of them for a while after their set. Great dudes. Only problem is that I think their albums kind of sound like one really long (yet really good) song.
quit drooling all over lochie, fool! :P <3
Who’s lochie? Like from dogma? hahah
Delivery: Complete
One of my mother’s good friends had given me a package to deliver to one of her old friends in Ithaca. Since August, I’ve had the box sitting and waiting in my drawer, and when attempting to meet with this woman to deliver it back in December, I missed her by an hour and was already on my way home for break. I returned this semester determined to drop it off even if I no longer had a car. Luckily, with some charm and begging, I got Matt to drive me to her house today and drop it off.
Inside of the box was her grandmother’s ring that she had missed for almost 15 years. Don’t ask how it got out of her hands because no one remembers how it got to my mom’s friend, Karen. Luckily, this woman was welcoming, grateful beyond belief, and really happy to meet me. If Matt wasn’t parked in the middle of the road waiting, I would have stayed for a while to talk, since she was so eager to know more about me, but it was a nice feeling to run out.
Once I got back into the car, I felt guilty since this errand we had been planning for a week was done within 10 minutes. But to my surprise, Matt suggested that we run to Wegmans for some dinner. 5 minutes later we were running around the prepared foods section laughing at sashimi, orange cream dip (someone please explain this to me), and our indecisiveness. At the table under the stairs, we ate and talked about politics, anger, therapy, vasectomies, yoga, feasibility, and my past. I tried my best to be genuine while we talked about everything there is under the sun, and it felt pretty good to have spent the evening with a friend outside of studio. Normally, I feel like our conversations go around the same loops of topics that result in the same stories being told over and over again, but in most of the cases, I’m the listener. Tonight, I got to talk, and it was interesting since we come from very different opinions and backgrounds. For example: liberal (me) versus Republican (him). You can get the main picture there.
Either way, we left Wegmans and I got dropped off in Collegetown so I could go hang out with Hannah to watch movies while Matt went back to studio to do some design work. All in all, it was a pretty good night since I ended it with brownies and Ratatouille with my closest friend in studio!
That is a ridiculously cool story and you kick ass for doing it!
